Why is everything so ABSURD lately? That includes my own thoughts and habits, they are beginning to make less and less sense. Brave new world OR just destroying all hope?
Who knows. Either way, I am not getting much sleep lately and I am struggling to finish anything I start. It's beginning to annoy me on a deeply spiritual level.

I am still stuck on this Nuclear Bomb thought. It's making my anxiety nearly unbearable. For some reason, my unconscious won't let it go either, considering my dreams have been on the topic too. I am working on channeling it into something productive, but I don't feel like I'm doing well with it. It's triggered a more extreme panic attack in me like I've never experienced before.
